Ruby, Jennifer and Hazel would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended the service and for all the letters, cards and messages of sympathy recieved in
their sad loss. Donations totalling over £1100 have been most gratefully received and will be divided between St.Peter's Church, Alstonefield, the Wetton and Alstonefield First Responders and the Staffordshire County Air Ambulance Service. Special thanks are extended to all the Doctors, District Nurses and staff at the Surgery, Clifton Road for their care and support over many years. The Wetton Alstonefield First Responders, the staff at St
Oswald's Hospital and to Kath and staff at Dove House Residential Home. Jane and all staff at Highfield House Care House for their devoted care of Harold over the past 10
months and in particular during the last few weeks of his life, going far beyond the call of duty. Very special thanks also to Roy and Margaret for their unstinting support over
many years. The Rev Margaret Jackson for the
wonderful service, to the organist, the Rev Elizabeth Campbell and to the bearers. Finally to David H. Smith and staff for their help in making the arrangments and for their kindness at a difficult time.
